About the Role: Strategic Alliance Development Specialist

AmpiFire seeks an experienced, process-driven Strategic Alliance Development Specialist to join our fast-growing marketing startup. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in business development or sales development roles and be energized by the repetitive nature of consistently executing key daily tasks.

 

In this role, you will work closely with AmpiFire's Chief Sales Officer and Chief Executive Officer, both leading experts who can help accelerate your career growth. You will be responsible for systematically testing different contact approaches, quickly learning and iterating based on results. Success will require a relentless focus on driving volume and output to meet and exceed ambitious KPIs that align with your growth goals and AmpiFire's.

 

The Alliance Development Specialist must thrive on execution and completing daily tasks. We are looking for super smart, engaged, passionate people who hold themselves and others to very high standards. Successful candidates will have a strong track record of finishing projects and achieving results.

Responsibilities:

  • Consistently complete critical daily outreach tasks to drive partnerships
  • Systematically test and optimize new contact approaches to identify best practices
  • Relentlessly push to meet and exceed ambitious activity and outcome targets
  • Proactively surface key learnings and insights to the leadership team
  • Collaborate with team members to hold everyone accountable to high standards
 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in business development or sales development roles
  • Experience working in a tech company
  • Proven track record of achieving activity and revenue goals in past positions
  • Self-starter able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for process, execution and continuous self-improvement
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
 

We offer between $800 and 1200 USD/month as the starting salary for this job (depending on experience).
